You will navigate program management, engineering, finance, and production teams to align incentives and operational goals while delivering high‑impact results for a rapidly expanding business
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
We are hiring an Arsenal-1 Operations Lead to join Anduril at our Costa Mesa headquarters. This generalist operator will act as the connective tissue between Arsenal-1, our hyperscale manufacturing facility in Ohio, and our headquarters in California. Operations Leads at Anduril work directly with General Managers, Division leadership teams, and other Anduril leaders to manage operations for a business line or central function. In this case, you will work closely with the Vice President leading Arsenal-1 and the Senior Vice President leading production for all of Anduril. Work within this role includes quick-turn operational fire‑fighting, redesigning and implementing processes, and leading high-impact strategic projects. This role will require you to understand the levers required to effectively run a business, including engagement across program management, engineering, production, and central G&A teams. Arsenal‑1 began life at Anduril as an empty logistics warehouse in January 2025. Now in the second half of 2026, it’s home to an active production line for our Fury autonomous air vehicle with many more production launch projects underway. In 2027 and beyond, we plan to build and occupy more than four million additional square feet of industrial capacity.
