Job summary

aah is seeking a part-time radiology technologist to perform radiographic procedures, operate digital imaging systems, and assist radiologists in fluoroscopic exams. The role requires ARRT eligibility and CPR certification, with 40 hours per week over 5 days, M-F, 20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Certificate with 10 years of experience or Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Operates x-ray equipment to produce radiographs as directed by a physician.
• Operates all components of the Digital Imaging System.
• Assists radiologists in mini-special procedures in fluoroscopic suites.
• Performs radiographic procedures on Level I Trauma patients to expedite immediate care.
• Maneuvers portable radiographic equipment in patient care areas and in surgery.
• Operates radiographic, fluoroscopic equipment and C-arms, including locking devices.
• Assists radiologists in fluoroscopic examinations.
• Performs radiographic examination in surgery as required.
