Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiology Technologist Program.
• ARRT certification.
• Current BLS.
• NJ DEP license – Radiology Technology.
• Experience in radiology departments preferred (General, Portable, ED, Trauma, Fluoro).

Responsibilities

• Adheres to department procedures and complies with life safety, fire and hazardous waste, Radiation Safety, and Infection Control.
• Maintains licensure and participates in departmental training.
• Performs Radiology procedures (Portables, ER, Trauma, Fluoro OR) as needed.
• Demonstrates courteous behavior and provides good customer service to patients and staff.
• Maintains equipment and monitors supplies; handles department paperwork and documentation.
