Job summary

Griffon Aerospace in Madison, AL leads unmanned systems development and rapid field support for critical missions. As Deputy Program Manager, you will own schedules, risk, and customer relationships while guiding cross‑functional teams on the Arrowhead portfolio.

You’ll be on the flight line, in the lab, and on calls with customers, ready with recovery plans and decisive action to keep commitments. Strong leadership and DoD program experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline is required.
• 3+ years of program management experience in defense aerospace, UAS, or adjacent fields.
• Experience managing DoD development or production programs from $5M to $50M+.

Responsibilities

• Own the Arrowhead portfolio across active contracts and development efforts.
• Develop and manage integrated master schedules (IMS) with real milestones.
• Drive cost, schedule, and technical performance to plan; identify and burn down risk.
• Support monthly program reviews, CDRs, PDRs, and customer milestones.
• Interface with Government program offices, prime contractors, and end users.
