Joyce D Silverman Interiors Inc is seeking an AutoCAD Drafter/3D Renderer to join our Brooklyn studio. You will produce precise floor plans and elevations, and create immersive 3D visualizations to showcase design concepts to clients.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of drafting/rendering experience in interior design or related fields, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Experience with 3D rendering software (3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, or similar) strongly preferred.
• 1–3 years of drafting/rendering experience, preferably in interior design or architecture.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed AutoCAD floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings for interior design projects.
• Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations to communicate design concepts to clients.
• Collaborate with interior designers to translate concepts into accurate technical documentation.
• Revise and update drawings based on designer and client feedback.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure drawing standards and accuracy across deliverables.
• Assist in developing presentation materials including mood boards and design packages.

Requirements
