Job summary

Ideal Option PLLC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for the Spokane clinic to provide addiction medicine care on-site. This full-time, W2 role emphasizes stabilization through maintenance, with opportunities to prescribe buprenorphine and other therapies.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered treatment, document in the EMR, and offer telemedicine when appropriate. On-site schedule ensures consistent patient access and care continuity.

Responsibilities

• Perform new and established patient assessments and develop treatment plans for substance use disorders.
• Initiate and manage buprenorphine and other maintenance medications.
• Administer long-acting injectable medications (buprenorphine, naltrexone).
• Monitor response to treatment, adjust medications, and review labs.
• Collaborate with behavioral health and care coordination teams.
• Document in EMR (eCW).
• Deliver care in-person and via telemedicine.

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Addiction Medicine – Full-Time (W2)

Ideal Option PLLC

Location: Spokane, WA (100% on-site)

Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Thursday)
Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (W-2)

Compensation: $70-$77/hr

Position Overview

We’re seeking a passionate full-time, on-site Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Renton clinic team. In this role, you’ll provide life-changing care to patients throughout the continuum of recovery - from initial stabilization to long-term maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with behavioral health and care coordination teams
• Document appropriately in our EMR (eCW)
• Deliver care both in-person and via telemedicine
