Job summary

U.S. Army 2nd Medical Recruiting Battalion seeks Physician Assistants to deliver diagnostic and therapeutic services for Soldiers and their families. You will practice across the full spectrum of Army medicine within your clinical privileges and advise on stabilization and transport of patients.

Opportunities include ongoing trainings and, if selected for Army Reserve, service with community support. Must hold an MS in PA Studies, NCCPA certification, U.S.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited university.
• Certification by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Foreign graduates may apply if they have a permanent certificate from ECFMG.

Responsibilities

• Provide a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic services for Soldiers and their families.
• Deliver full spectrum medical care within clinical privileges and advise on stabilization and transportation of patients.
• Participate in trainings, continuing education, seminars and conferences to broaden clinical knowledge.
• Possibly serve in the Army Reserve while supporting the community.
