Job summary

Army Recruiting Ohio is seeking an Interior Electrician to install, maintain and safely distribute electricity within interior systems. You will work on transformers, circuit breakers, electrical boxes, and lightning rods, testing equipment and fixing shorts while learning to read blueprints for layouts and repairs.

US citizenship or eligible visa is required. Compensation ranges from $40,000 to $80,000 annually with housing, medical, food, special pay, and vacation benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a criminal background check with no open law violations.
• Must pass a drug screen.
• No felony.
• Must currently be in good health with no physical limitations.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and safely distribute electricity on interior electrical systems.
• Test equipment and fix short circuits in wires and faulty equipment.
• Learn to read blueprints and wire plans to determine layouts and repairs.
