What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Develop and execute strategic communications and change management plans for stakeholders
2. Provide advisory services in managing civilian readiness and talent management programs
3. Create and facilitate materials and briefings related to Army initiatives
4. Plan and coordinate Army Civilian Forum and related events
5. Support employee engagement efforts, including the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS)

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Master's degree and a minimum of five years of experience in graphic design and communications for government project managers, or a bachelor's degree with ten years of relevant experience
2. Extensive knowledge of Army Staff operations and talent management life cycle
3. Familiarity with Army talent management initiatives, strategic planning, and workforce development
4. Secret Clearance
5. U.S. Citizenship required
