Applied Technologies Group, Inc. seeks a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Program Manager to support the Utility Helicopter Project Office (UHPO) at Redstone Arsenal, AL.

The role leads end-to-end acquisition activities, forecasts resources, and drives program baselines and performance reporting in a fast-paced defense environment. The SME/PM provides technical guidance to multidisciplinary teams, ensures compliance with USG policies, and coordinates with ASAE stakeholders and OEMs to meet

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree with eight+ years of related experience; substitutions allowed (PhD/4y, MS/6y, AA/10y, HS/12y).
• Experience in program analysis, reporting, DoD directives (SAMM/DoD 5105.38-M).
• Cross-functional execution across UH-60 procurement, fielding, sustainment, and foreign disclosure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct program baseline analysis, monitor cost/schedule/performance metrics, and prepare executive briefings and acquisition documentation.
• Coordinate UH-60 procurement, fielding, and sustainment tasks with IPTs, contracting, and foreign disclosure teams.
• Liaise with USG security assistance stakeholders and industry partners to align production and fielding schedules.
• Track IMS, manage risk/issues/opportunities matrices, and oversee multi-country FMS case tracking.
