Job summary

MTSI is seeking an experienced Obsolescence Analyst to support Army Aviation programs. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-visibility defense programs supporting critical mission requirements.

You will identify obsolescence risks, develop mitigation plans, and prepare Statements of Work (SOWs) and CRPs. Proficiency with ARM, Cameo, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office is expected to collaborate with engineering and program management.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship and an active secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Program Management, Aviation, or related technical field; or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience supporting Army Aviation, defense acquisition, sustainment, engineering, logistics, or related programs.
• Experience reviewing technical documentation and developing risk mitigation strategies.
• Experience managing project cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
• Experience developing SOWs, technical requirements, and contract support documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide obsolescence analysis and support for Army Aviation programs.
• Identify, track, and mitigate obsolescence issues affecting systems, components, and sustainment activities.
• Review technical documentation to support obsolescence assessments and mitigation planning.
• Manage projects by tracking cost, schedule, performance, and risk metrics.
• Develop Statements of Work (SOWs) and support Contract Requirements Packages (CRPs) for obsolescence mitigation efforts.
• Utilize Active Risk Manager (ARM) to identify, track, and manage program risks.
• Support engineering and program management activities using Microsoft Office applications, Cameo, and AutoCAD tools.
