Thillens Inc in Appleton, WI, is seeking an Armored Security Guard for a two-person route. You will handle cash, service ATMs and equipment, and follow strict security procedures while working with a teammate to complete stops safely and professionally.

Full-time, 40–50 hours per week with no weekends, benefits including medical PPO & HSA, AFLAC, paid vacation, and sign-on plus performance bonuses. Training during first 90 days and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks and DOT requirements.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Experience with cash handling and servicing ATMs may help.

Responsibilities

• Operate as part of a two-person route team to service daily armored routes.
• Handle cash, service ATMs and equipment, and follow strict security procedures.
• Work with teammates to ensure safe, accurate, and professional stops.
• Promote safety, compliance, and customer service on each route.
