Job summary

Redstone Federal Credit Union is seeking an armored vehicle operator to drive routes, replenish ATMs, and deliver services to branches and clients. You will help ensure safe, on-time cash movements while maintaining security standards and professional communication with teammates and customers.

Role requires 21+ years, a valid license with 3 years driving, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. US DOT medical certification and security training are required as part of ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age per US DOT/ASRB requirements.
• Valid driver’s license with 3 years driving history.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CIT operation, security industry, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Obtain and maintain a Medical Examiners Certificate via US DOT approved medical examiners.

Responsibilities

• Drive armored vehicles on designated routes to client locations and branches.
• Load/unload vehicle inventory including bags, boxes and cassettes.
• Secure inventories by following security procedures and controls.
• Seek to reduce risk exposure during container transactions.
• Report incidents, discrepancies and faults regarding the vehicle or daily work.
• Complete required reports and documents and submit by end of shift.
• Ensure compliance with security codes, regulations and policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and undergo required training.
