Baker Hughes Company is seeking an AMO Technician to perform maintenance and repair activities on equipment, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. You will document work, collaborate with teammates, and contribute to dependable equipment delivery for customers.

As part of AMO, you will inspect, repair, and assemble equipment, adhere to procedures, and participate in continuous safety and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude and an interest in equipment maintenance or repair.
• Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements.
• Clear communication and effective teamwork.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality work.
• Able to lift, move, and handle equipment and materials as required.
• Willingness to learn new processes, tools, and equipment.
• Relevant technical training, shop experience, or equipment maintenance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble equipment per work instructions and procedures.
• Identify worn or out-of-spec parts and communicate findings to team members.
• Use hand tools, shop equipment, and measurement instruments safely.
• Complete job paperwork, inspection records, and system documentation accurately.
• Follow quality, safety procedures and shop practices for each job.
• Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
