Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Warehouse Vault Attendant in St. Louis, MO. The role ensures the correct orders, schedules, equipment and money are ready for Driver/Messengers and Crew Leaders, and manages check-in and check-out of routes while handling custody of liability.

The position is armed and hours vary with schedules. Second Shift: Mon–Fri 2pm–close; $18.50/hr starting with Daily Pay option. Applicants must meet security requirements, including licenses and gun permits, have a high school

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have all required driver’s licenses and must maintain a satisfactory driving record.
• Must have a high school diploma/general equivalency diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Must obtain and maintain all required guard and gun permits per state.
• Must demonstrate clarity and proficiency in oral and written communication. Must be able to communicate effectively in person and by radio.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and receive moneybags, receipts, route guides, route keys and schedules to Driver/Messenger and/or Crew Leaders.
• Verify bulk money received from vault, other departments and external sources.
• Assist in tracking, resolving and reporting missing or misrouted items.
• Ensure identification cards, fuel cards, route keys, deposits, moneybags and other route equipment are collected at end of shift.
• Perform Driver/Messenger or Crew Leader duties as requested.
• May be required to handle ATM dispatch and other calls.
• Additional job duties may be assigned as necessary.

Vault Custodians are responsible for ensuring that the Driver/Messengers and Crew Leaders receive the correct orders, schedules, equipment and money to service clients in a safe and efficient manner.Vault custodians are also responsible for check-in and check-out of routes, changing custody of their liability, paperwork, and equipment including handheld scanners and other data entry devices. May be required to perform Driver/Messenger and/or Crew Leader job responsibilities based on operational needs.Normal working hours and days are variable based on schedules posted in advance.
All positions are armed.
