This on-call position offers $20/hour for unarmed guards and $30/hour for armed guards nationwide; candidates should have DPSST certification, a high school diploma, a valid D-License, and at least 1 year of security

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and respond quickly in emergencies.
Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control the entrance and exit of visitors according to established protocols.
Use provided communication devices to report incidents promptly.
Alert appropriate personnel or authorities in the event of suspicious or criminal activities.
Follow all security protocols and procedures established by the company to ensure safety of the premises.
Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while on duty.
Prevent illegal or inappropriate actions by maintaining a high-visibility presence.
