Job summary

Brink's is seeking an Armed Security Cash Transport Guard to support secure cash shipments for banks and businesses. You will work in a performance-driven environment, partnering with a second guard to ensure safe pickup and delivery of valuables while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities include guarding assets, coordinating with dispatch, and ensuring compliance with firearm regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Satisfy all applicable Department of Transportation requirements.
• A valid firearms permit OR ability to pass firearms licensing requirements.
• Ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses.
• Chauffeur's license OR ability to obtain one (Indiana, Louisiana, and Michigan residents only).
• Previous security experience in an armed environment is preferred.
• Military background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guard and maintain the safety and security of our employees, armored truck, and liabilities.
• Deliver or pick up valuables at customer locations.
• Dispatch personnel to ensure successful transactions.
• Remain alert and prepared at all times, protecting crew and premises and preventing loss.
• Reconcile customer deposits and receipts of all valuables handled daily.
• Follow procedures and regulations relating to safe handling and use of firearms.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Guard liability and assets.

Key members of our armed security team, our Security Cash Transport Guards partner with another team member in the safe pick-up and delivery of cash and valuables. You'll work to ensure every stop runs with safety, precision, and professionalism.

• Guard and maintain the safety and security of our employees, armored truck, and liability at all times
• Deliver or pick up valuables at customer locations
• Dispatch personnel to ensure successful transactions
• Remain alert and prepared at all times, not only protecting the crew or premises against attack, but also watching for accidents that could result in a loss
• Reconcile customer deposits and receipts of all valuables handled during daily business
• Follow all applicable procedures, policies and regulations relating to the safe and lawful carrying, handling, care, security and use of firearms
• Provide excellent customer service
• Guard liability and assets

The Qualifications You Must Have:

• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
• A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• Satisfy all applicable Department of Transportation requirements
• A valid firearms permit OR ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements
• Ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses
• Chauffeur's license OR ability to obtain one (Indiana, Louisiana, and Michigan residents only)
