Job summary

Balance Innovations in Indiana is seeking an armed security professional to safeguard people, vehicles, and assets, transport cash to and from client sites, and maintain the integrity of ATM services while remaining alert to threats.

Requirements include being at least 21, valid driver's license with a clean driving record, ability to lift 50+ lbs, pass background checks, drug screening, and any required state security licenses. Military or prior security experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Meet all Department of Transportation requirements.
• Firearms permit (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Ability to obtain necessary state/local security licenses (including a guard card).
• Pass background check, drug screening, and training.
