Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and contractors while following security procedures and policies at a public transportation location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of transit facilities and related areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, incidents, and policy violations.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain documentation for patrols and incidents.
