Job summary

The position requires U.S. citizenship, a valid NY armed guard license, and CPR/First Aid certification, with extensive security experience preferred. Competitive compensation is provided.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 3+ years of security supervisory experience.
• U.S. Citizen with a social security card and a valid driver's license.
• Must meet medical and physical standards and successfully complete psychological and drug screening.
• Must possess an NY Armed Guard license and a valid NY concealed carry permit.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to Tier 1 Senior Supervisory Security Officers.
• Carry out all supervisory and management duties as required.
• Direct Security Officers in the accomplishment of assigned tasks; provide scheduling, training, and counseling.
• Serve as a liaison with civil authorities responding to incidents.
• Respond to Client personnel in a timely, effective and professional manner.
• Oversee security services during special events, including access control and guest check-in.
• Perform timekeeping, scheduling, and report tracking.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct random inspections.
• Assist during after-hours emergency responses and coordinate with higher authorities.
