Markham Investigation and Protection LLC. (MIP) is seeking a Security Supervisor-Armed Asset in Lakewood, WA. The role oversees security personnel, enforces protocols, and mitigates risks across multiple locations in the greater Seattle area. Hiring immediately with quick interviews.

The position requires an ACTIVE WA armed security license, 2–4 years of management experience, and flexible hours including days, nights and weekends. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Basic computer/mobile device skills.
• Must have ACTIVE Armed Security guard license in WA State.
• Must have own reliable transportation.
• 2-4 years of management experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Flexible hours including days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage Security Personnel.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Assess risks.
• Train new security personnel.
• Investigate security incidents and take corrective action as necessary.
• Ensure the security team is properly trained in security equipment and procedures.
• Conduct regular security audits to identify weaknesses.
• Stay up to date with latest security technology and trends.
• Directly supervise mobile and static employees within operations departments.
• CARRY out supervisory responsibilities per MIP policies and procedures.
• Address complaints and resolve problems.
• Reward and discipline employees.
• Plan, assign, and direct work.
• Develop and maintain a positive work environment for the security team.
