Qualifications

• Prior experience in military police, law enforcement, corrections, or comparable armed security required.
• Valid armed guard license where required by state law.
• Legal authorization to carry and operate a firearm per regulations.
• Understanding of federal, state, and local security and firearm laws.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to identify potential security risks or hazards.
• Deter, detect, and respond to security threats or incidents professionally and appropriately.
• Control access points and monitor premises to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Provide emergency response including de-escalation, detainment support, or coordination with law enforcement when required.
• Maintain accurate incident reports and documentation.
• Interact with the public in a professional and respectful manner while enforcing site rules.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency personnel as needed.
