Qualifications

• Be at least 25 years old.
• Provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• Provide a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• In possession of both AZ DPS Unarmed and Armed Guard Cards.
• Provide US issued valid driver’s license and clean DMV report (5 years).
• Pass pre-hiring drug and alcohol testing.
• Pass pre-hiring physical fitness assessment.
• Maintain a trim, physically fit, and professional appearance.
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in spoken and written form.

Responsibilities

• Provide Armed security to corporations, individuals, assets and objects.
• Maintain firearm proficiency, participate in continuous education and range exercises.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding principals, protection means and company information.
• Work effectively in a team or independently.
• Perform duties safely and other related duties as assigned.
