Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide armed patrol of interior and exterior areas; detect, document, and mitigate safety hazards.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and calls for service with appropriate action.
• Maintain annual qualification with duty firearm and certifications in OC spray and CEW/Taser.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Operate CCTV, access-control, and intrusion detection systems.
• Cooperate with local, state, and federal law enforcement; testify if required.
• Control access to buildings using badge systems and visitor management.
