Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• An armed guard card or license preferred.
• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution’s premises.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas.
• Support access control procedures.
• Prepare detailed and accurate reports.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders.
