Castelion in New Mexico is seeking an Armed Physical Security Supervisor to manage armed security operations on a shift basis, ensuring compliance with DoD and site regulations while safeguarding personnel and assets.

The role requires a DoD clearance, extensive security experience, and strong leadership in fast-paced government environments, with responsibility for incident response, training, and coordination with law enforcement.

Competenze

Active DoD Secret clearance or higher.
7+ years armed security, military, or law enforcement experience.
3+ years supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
Experience on federal or DoD installations preferred.

Mansioni

Supervise armed security officers on shift and ensure adherence to Use of Force policy.
Oversee access control, armed patrols, vehicle inspections, and QRF activation.
Lead weapons handling safety briefings and training; enforce weapons policies.
Prepare incident reports and weapons logs; document armory activity.
Coordinate with Director of Security and local law enforcement as needed.
Maintain compliance with DoD directives and site security directives.
