Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional checks of all equipment and systems on this post and report malfunctions.
• Perform interior and exterior patrols of designated buildings.
• Patrol the complex, parking areas, and garages.
• Inspect stairs, work areas, restrooms, lobbies and entrances during rounds.
• Interact with employees to convey active security operations.
• Remain alert for unusual or unauthorized activities around the office complex.
• Monitor personnel traffic entering and exiting buildings.
• Respond to emergencies involving the office complex.
