Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer - Site Patrol in Las Vegas, NV. You will safeguard clients, conduct routine patrols, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service while upholding professionalism and integrity within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a government location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, courtyards, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following applicable procedures and reporting requirements.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization when required, and report suspicious behavior or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Carry and maintain assigned equipment, including firearms, in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, Allied Universal policies, and site procedures.
