Job summary

Allied Universal in Camden, AR is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Armed Roving Patrol to protect aerospace/defense facilities. You will conduct armed patrols, monitor access points, and provide professional customer service while maintaining security post orders.

This role pays $21.49 per hour and offers weekly pay; a driver license is required for driving positions, and you will undergo background checks and drug screening as part of employment.

Qualifications

• Must possess an Armed Guard Card/License.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Background investigation conducted per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly reporting relevant information through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter boundaries to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and help maintain controlled entry to sensitive operational areas.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs while maintaining professional conduct and compliance with applicable post orders and legal requirements.
