Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public at government facilities.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and disturbances in a calm, professional manner and coordinate with responders.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and track visitor/vehicle activity per site policy.
• Prepare clear, accurate patrol and incident reports and maintain logs.
