Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, parking facilities, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization, and maintain situational awareness.
• Prepare accurate incident and patrol reports per site procedures.
