What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of production areas, offices, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points, verify authorization for entry, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and facility concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A Level III Armed Certification is required in Texas.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• An Armed Guard Card or License is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
