Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property management while following site-specific policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of interiors, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
