As a Security Officer at SR Global Security, you will play a crucial role in protecting our clients, their assets, and employees. Your primary responsibilities include maintaining a safe and secure environment by observing and reporting suspicious activities, controlling access points, and monitoring surveillance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees and visitors.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and deter security threats.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance as needed.
• Operate surveillance equipment and report any unusual activities or incidents.
• Maintain detailed records of all security-related incidents.
• Collaborate and communicate with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of employees and assets.
• Conduct safety and security inspections to identify potential risks and hazards.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with customer inquiries and requests.
• Conduct training and drills for emergency procedures with other staff members.

Requirements

• Current Guard Card.
• Current Exposed Firearm Permit.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent, supplemented by relevant security training and certifications.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in security services, law enforcement, or military.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed during high‑stress situations.
• Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of security and safety protocols.
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be physically fit and able to stand, walk, or run for long periods of time.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
