You will provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors, respond to incidents calmly, conduct armed patrols, monitor restricted access, and document activity per site procedures.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by following security procedures and site rules.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, solution-focused manner per site protocols.
• Perform armed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain access control and verify credentials according to site procedures.
• Document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity as required.
• Prepare and file activity reports and incident documentation per Allied Universal standards.
