Eagles Point Security in French Camp, CA is hiring Armed Security Officers for a Military Contract on-site. This full-time/on-call role requires vigilance, professionalism, and strong customer service to protect people and property.

As part of a growing California security team, you will perform access control, patrols, incident reporting, and emergency protocol support across all shifts, with competitive pay and an incentive program upon probation.

Qualifications

• Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required).
• Valid OC and Baton permit.
• Valid BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit (Required).
• Comfortable working independently.
• Reliable transportation and a working smartphone.
• Fluent in English - verbal and written.
• Physically capable of standing/walking 8+ hours per shift.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and professionalism under pressure.
• Minimum 1 year of contract security experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong armed presence to deter unauthorized activity and enhance safety.
• Conduct continuous foot patrols and maintain high visibility across the property.
• Perform access control and ensure only approved individuals are allowed entry.
• Use scanning equipment to document checkpoint activity as required.
• Detect, observe, and report suspicious persons, behavior, or hazards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and property management.
• Submit clear, detailed incident and activity reports.
• Support emergency protocols and enforce property rules and regulations.
• Report broken equipment or potential safety/security issues promptly.
