Tanner is seeking a Security Officer Level 1 Armed for nights to ensure the safety of staff, patients, and the public. This PRN role requires handling situations with volatile behavioral health characteristics with calm and authority.

Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, one year of related security experience, a Georgia driver’s license, and must obtain a Weapons Carry License within 90 days of employment. Training (IAHSS Basic, BLS/CPR, SCIPP, CEW) is provided.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of related security experience.
• Valid Georgia driver's license and insurability.
• Must obtain a state-issued Weapons Carry License within 90 days.
• Completion of required training within 90 days: IAHSS Basic, BLS/CPR, SCIPP, CEW body camera use.
• Annual background checks are required.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
• Ability to communicate with staff, patients and the public tactfully and authoritatively.
