• Provide courteous, professional interactions reflecting well on the client and security department.
• Monitor entrances, exits and facility activity including CCTV and remote access systems.
• Patrol assigned areas on foot or vehicle to identify hazards and security violations.
• Respond to incidents such as fires, medical emergencies, disturbances, and weather events following procedures.
• Prepare logs and reports with accurate grammar and details.
• Report suspicious activities or safety concerns to designated personnel.
