Allied Universal in Pensacola, FL is seeking Armed Security Officers to protect clients across industries. The role requires vigilance, quick decision-making, and customer service to ensure safety and compliance.

Positions are temporary to permanent, shifts run 12 to 14 hours with potential for deployment around Florida, including hurricane responses. A valid Florida G security license and 21+ age are required; drivers with clean record preferred.

Qualifications

• Be 21+ years of age or older for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with laws; criminal history considered.
• Drug screen required as permitted by law.
• Complete industry-specific security/safety training programs.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to clients by following safety and security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and solve problems effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; adapt to client-site conditions.
