You will patrol entrances, maintain logs, and work closely with staff to ensure safety and a welcoming environment.

The position requires an Armed Guard Card/License, 21+ years old, and a high school diploma. CPR and baton certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Provide courteous assistance to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Follow site-specific screening procedures and emergency protocols.
• Maintain logs and report incidents to leadership.
• Meet age, licensing, and background requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific screening procedures, facility policies, and emergency response protocols.
• Screen individuals entering designated healthcare areas in accordance with established health screening requirements, directing those who require additional assistance to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, screening concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain accurate screening-related logs and report unusual activity, policy violations, and incidents to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points and facility perimeter to deter unauthorized access and support a secure healthcare environment.
