Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, donors, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the healthcare location, including entrances, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as directed by site procedures; report unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate observations to site leadership.
