Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Armed Patrol for a healthcare location in Monticello, AR. You will patrol, deter incidents, and provide a welcoming atmosphere for patients, visitors, and staff while upholding policy and safety standards.

Responsibilities include routine armed patrols, incident reporting, and collaborating with hospital personnel. Requires 21+ years, HS diploma, background check, and drug screening; valid driver’s license for driving roles may be required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, access points, and surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate incident reports and maintain professional communication with hospital staff, visitors, and emergency responders.
