Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Armed Security Officer in Gallup, New Mexico. The officer will provide armed protective services, conduct patrols, monitor access points, CCTV, and alarms, and respond to incidents with strict adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities include reporting safety concerns and maintaining professional interactions with employees and visitors. Applicants should have a high school diploma and be able to obtain required licenses and certifications, including Life Support

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess or be able to obtain Basic Life Support CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
• Must possess or be able to obtain federal and state firearms qualifications.
• Must have or obtain National Weapons Detection Training Program (NWDTP) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide armed protective services per Allied Universal standards for a high profile client.
• Patrol the facility on foot or via vehicle; monitor access control, CCTV, and alarms.
• Report safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances in writing and verbally.
• Respond to emergencies with professionalism and according to security protocols.
• Greet and assist visitors and employees; enforce site rules and procedures.
