Job summary

PalAmerican Security is seeking an armed security guard to patrol and protect the assigned site in Salt Lake City while delivering excellent customer care. You will enforce regulations, respond to emergencies, monitor CCTV, and engage with the public to provide directions and assistance.

A valid armed license and high school diploma are required, with a driver’s license and reliable transportation recommended.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the security and safety of the assigned site through regular patrols.
• Actively enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide security assistance.
• Engage with the public to offer assistance and directions.
• Monitor closed-circuit television for potential issues.
• Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports.
• Prevent unauthorized access to the area and items within.
