Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and agency personnel while following site procedures and access control requirements.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeters to deter incidents.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and disturbances in a calm, professional manner and notify needed personnel or emergency services.
• Monitor entry points, verify authorized access, and maintain awareness of conditions requiring follow-up.
• Prepare clear reports of incidents and patrol observations in line with site policies.
