Job summary

Acuity International is seeking an Armed Guard to support operations on a US Army installation. The role involves patrolling housing areas, downtown, and MEVAs, conducting security checks, and assisting the Army Civilian Police as needed.

The position requires US citizenship, 21+, an active Secret clearance, a valid US passport with at least two years remaining, a driver’s license, and basic MS Office skills. It offers equal opportunity employment and compliance with OFCCP.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Active US Security Clearance (Secret) and ability to maintain such clearance.
• Possess a US Passport with a minimum of two (2) years remaining.
• Active US Driver’s License.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite and basic computer skills.
• Must pass a background check in accordance with contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct roving mobile and foot patrols of housing areas and BQs.
• Conduct foot patrols in the downtown area.
• Conduct security checks of MEVAs.
• Assist Department of the Army Civilian Police (DACP) when requested.
• Conduct traffic control during special events.
• Prepare detailed Activity Reports when required.
