Job summary

SPEAR SECURITY OPERATIONS in Gainesville, FL seeks Armed CPOs for dedicated sites to protect people and property. You will maintain a strong presence, deter threats, and respond to incidents at high-visibility commercial sites.

Applicants must have Florida security licenses, a valid driver’s license, reliable transport, and gear as listed; prior military or law enforcement is preferred but not required. Competitive weekly pay and 401(k) plan are available.

Qualifications

• Active Florida D&G Security Licenses is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the post is required.
• Prior military or law enforcement experience preferred but not required.
• Applicant MUST possess black Outer body armor carrier and Firearm with a correct ammunition.
• Applicant Must have black or navy blue BDU or tactical pants and ALL black shoes or boots.
• Applicant Must have OC spray No gel or foam, 1 set of handcuffs S&W, Peerless, or ASP, and 2 spare magazines with your G License Certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of the site and its occupants.
• Maintain a strong visible presence to deter potential threats.
• Respond effectively to incidents and emergencies.
