Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff while following site procedures and emergency protocols.
• Conduct regular armed foot and/or vehicle patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents and follow site protocols and laws.
• Prepare clear reports and shift documentation of patrols and incidents.
