Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard - Armed - Full Time in Toledo, OH. You will protect clients across manufacturing and industrial sites, performing patrols, managing access, and responding to incidents with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Provide high-quality customer service to clients by following security procedures and site policies.
• Ability to respond calmly to incidents and emergencies while maintaining professional conduct.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles and possess a valid driver’s license where required.
• Must pass background checks and drug screening as applicable by law and company policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of manufacturing areas, office spaces, parking areas, access points, and the exterior perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions or unauthorized persons to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
