Job summary

Prosegur is seeking an Armed Security Officer for all shifts in Santa Clarita, CA. You will patrol, monitor premises, respond to incidents, and enforce site policies to keep clients and staff safe.

Must possess and maintain an armed security license, supply a personal 9mm firearm, stand for extended periods, and communicate clearly. Prior security or law enforcement experience is preferred; background checks, drug testing, and required training are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and hold an armed security license.
• Must supply and maintain a personal 9mm firearm.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Background checks, drug testing, and required training.
• Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain alertness and patrol assigned areas.
• Enforce policies professionally and monitor for suspicious activity.
• Respond quickly to alarms, emergencies, disturbances, and incidents.
• Prepare clear and timely incident and activity reports.
• Secure facilities, equipment, and designated areas as directed.
